Sectoral Human Capital Study II High-Quality Food sector
We present the key results of the second edition of the research project Sectoral Human Capital Study II (BBKL II) in the High-Quality Food sector. The aim of BBKL II project is to increase knowledge on current and future demand for skills in 10 sectors of the Polish economy.
The research project in High-Quality Food sector combines two editions, each of them includes a broad array of qualitative methods, including Delphi with 40 respondents as well as a quantitative survey on a representative sample over 800 employers and 800 employees holding key positions in the sector. The second edition was conducted in March 2022 – January 2023.
In this brochure you will find data on: the situation of the High-Quality Food sector, trends and factors strongly affecting the sector, employment in the sector, hiring foreigners, assessment of employees’ skills, as well as new and growing positions in the sector and new skills.
